Validation and payment of the reservation: After checking availability for your request, you can make a reservation directly with us through our booking engine enabled for this purpose. You will be required to pay by credit card the corresponding amount according to the chosen rate. Payment is made through an encrypted virtual payment gateway with our financial institution. In the event that the transaction is successful, we will send you a booking confirmation email with the total value of your reservation (8% VAT included), as well as the amount paid, the outstanding payment amount and a reservation reference number. In the event that the transaction is not successful, we will send you a pre-booking email with the total value of your request and in our response the total value (8% VAT included) of the reservation with a reference number. You will need to make payment of the amount corresponding to 2 nights' accommodation within a maximum period of two business days by deposit or transfer to our bank account, or by providing your Visa or Mastercard number to make the charge. Failure to pay within the established period will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. The remainder of the payment must be made upon arrival at the establishment. Any expenses arising from the transfer will be borne by the client. Full payment of the amount corresponding to 2 nights' accommodation is essential to make the reservation valid. In case of error in our valuations, these will always be subject to correction, with the client having to pay the correct price.

Description of the establishment: Certain hotel services may have extra charges that must be paid directly by the client (e.g., billiards, safety deposit boxes, etc.).

The establishment requires upon entry a deposit of €50 per person staying, by pre-authorized credit card or in cash, an amount that will be returned on the day of the client's departure, after inspection of the room.
